For Singapore renovation suppliers

Every job verified before anyone drives out.

IDs message your number as usual. The bot checks the firm, the access, the site readiness and the item count — then your admin assigns the date. No more wasted trips, no more forgotten appointments.

Where the money goes

Your process today has three leaks.

Nothing here is broken because your people are careless. It's broken because WhatsApp chat history is doing the job of an operations system.

ID texts salesPhotos, address, unit number. Sometimes the lock code. Sometimes not.
Sales chases admin for a dateTwo people, two apps, half a day of back-and-forth before anyone answers the ID.
Sales replies with a dateBuried in a chat thread that scrolls away by the next morning.
ID forgets the appointmentNobody on site. Nobody told your driver. The van is already on the PIE.
Team cannot get into the unitNo lock code, owner not home, permit not displayed, or carpentry was never installed.
Job rescheduledBack to the top. Second trip costs the same as the first.
The number that matters

What wasted trips cost you a year.

Move the sliders to your own figures. Most suppliers underestimate this because the cost is spread across fuel, labour, scrapped material and the job that got pushed back.

Your annual bleed

Based on a measurement trip at S$200 and an install trip at S$1,200 — one lorry, three men, and a slab cut to a size no other flat can use.

Honest Agent will not remove every wasted trip — some sites genuinely change after the ID confirms. It removes the ones caused by missing information, which in practice is most of them.

How it works

Five steps. Nothing for the ID to learn.

Your IDs keep texting the number already saved in their phone. They just get answered instantly instead of in four hours.

01

ID sends the request

Photos, address, unit, lock code — into the same WhatsApp number they have always used. No app, no portal, no login.

02

The bot validates

Firm checked against your ID database. Access, readiness and item count checked against the rules for that trade. Incomplete requests bounce back in seconds.

03

Job enters the queue

A validated job with a reference number lands on your admin's board. Sales stops chasing admin, because there is nothing left to chase.

04

Admin assigns the date

Your admin holds the real diary — the bot never guesses availability. One click sets the measurer and the slot, and sends the confirmation.

05

The bot reminds

Day before and morning of. The ID must tap to confirm. Silence is never treated as confirmed — unconfirmed jobs go red on your board before the van leaves.

Result

A record, not a chat thread

Every job has a reference, a timestamp, photos, who accepted it and who confirmed. When an ID disputes it later, you have the trail.

The validation gate

What the bot refuses to let through.

This is the entire product. Anyone can build a booking form. The value is in the request that never becomes a job because it was never going to work.

Unverified firmNumber not in your ID database. Bot requests a name card and company details before going further.
No access routeMissing lock code, or no answer on who holds the key and whether the unit is vacant.
Site not readyHacking or carpentry incomplete. Measuring a countertop before the cabinets go in wastes the trip and the ID knows it.
No renovation permitHDB requires it displayed. Guards turn teams away at the lift lobby and nobody logs why.
Condo not registeredManagement approval or lift booking not arranged. Your lorry sits at the guardhouse.
Photos do not match the countThree items claimed, one photo sent. Bot loops until every item has an image tagged to it.
Unconfirmed appointmentReminder sent, no tap received by cut-off. Job flags red for your admin to call before dispatch.
One engine, five config packs

Same platform. Different rules per trade.

Verification, dispatch, reminders and audit trail never change. Only the readiness conditions and the fields captured on site are specific to what you make.

Rollout order

Measurement first. Install is where it pays.

The same validation engine points at both. Install is roughly six times the loss per failure for about twenty percent more build, which is why it follows immediately.

WhatsApp messaging fees charged by Meta are included up to fair use. Heavy volume is billed at cost with no markup.

From signature to live

Eight weeks, and you see it working in two.

The only step with no workaround is Meta's business verification, so it starts on day one and runs in the background while everything else is built.

Week 0

Meta business verification submitted

ACRA bizfile and company details. This gates every later step, so it goes in before a line of code is written.

Weeks 1–2

Working demo on your own trade

Your validation rules, your item categories, your wording. You can show it to an ID and get a real reaction.

Weeks 2–4

Intake bot and admin board

Full validation logic, ID database import, assignment board, job references.

Weeks 4–5

Message templates approved

Confirmation and both reminders submitted to Meta for review, with a buffer for one rejection round.

Weeks 5–6

Number migration and pilot

Your existing sales number moves to the platform. Five friendly IDs run live jobs through it.

Weeks 7–8

Full rollout

All IDs. Sales team on the shared inbox. Old process retired.

Weeks 9–12

Tuned on real data

Rejection rules adjusted from what actually goes wrong on your sites, not what we guessed would.

Questions we always get

The honest answers.

Do I have to tell all my IDs a new number?

No, and you should not. We migrate the WhatsApp number your IDs already have saved. They notice nothing except faster replies.

One trade-off worth knowing: once a number moves onto the WhatsApp Business Platform it can no longer be used in the WhatsApp Business phone app. Your sales team works from the shared inbox instead. Chat history does not carry across, so we export it first if you want it kept.

Does this replace my sales staff?

No. It removes the part of their day spent retyping addresses and chasing admin for a date. Any conversation can be taken over by a human at any point from the shared inbox, and the ID never sees a handover.

Suppliers who pitch this internally as a replacement get resistance from their own team and adoption dies. Pitch it as removing the chasing.

Who decides the measurement date?

Your admin, always. The bot never guesses availability, because no accurate availability exists in any system — it lives in your coordinator's head and changes hourly.

The bot tells the ID the request is validated and a slot is coming. Your admin assigns it in one click, and that click is what sends the confirmation.

What if an ID just calls sales directly anyway?

Some will, especially at first. Sales can enter the job on the board manually in under a minute, and the same validation runs. Nothing falls outside the record.

In practice the calls drop off once IDs realise the bot answers in seconds and a phone call still waits for admin.

Will it work for my trade if I do not do quartz?

Yes. Doors, curtains, windows, aircon and glass all run on the same engine with a different config pack — different readiness conditions and different fields captured on site. See the trades table above.

Who owns the WhatsApp account?

We hold the platform account and you hold the commercial relationship with your IDs. If you leave, we hand back your data in full and help you move the number to your own account or another provider.

We will not put your order flow in front of another supplier, ever. Per-customer isolation is a hard technical boundary, not a policy promise.

What does it cost per message?

Meta charges per message on the platform. Confirmations and reminders are around two Singapore cents each, so a full job costs roughly thirty to forty cents in messaging to protect a trip worth two hundred dollars or more.

This is included in your plan up to fair use. Beyond that we bill at Meta's rate with no markup.
